Taina, a certified dog behaviourist.

In 2017, Taina decided to work from home so she could care for her acutely anxious rescue pup, Buddy. As her friends saw Buddy grow and blossom, they started to reach out to Taina for day care and walks for their own furry friends. Gradually, as the word about her way with dogs started to spread, Taina, previously a documentary creator, decided it was time to take her creativity into a new direction. In 2018, Doggie Walkies Sydney was born. Taina is now a certified animal behaviourist with the British College of Canines Studies in London. Her goal is to help pups to be well socialised, well mannered, respectful and, most of all, happy.

Taina’s says about her vocation:

“It is not a job, it’s a spiritual journey. The reason why I am doing this job is that it makes me happy. You can’t lie around dogs, you can’t be stressed around them, you can’t be sad or full of uncertainty. Caring for dogs pushes you to be a better person; a healthier, happier and more balanced human being. And, on top of that, you receive the extraordinary unconditional love and trust that only dogs can give. It’s the best job ever.”

Monty, the father figure

If Taina your dog’s second mum, Monty is definitely the father figure in the Doggie Walkies Sydney family. With love, patience and calm, Monty will give your dog the boundaries he or she needs to become a balanced and healthy furry companion. And Monty definitely knows how to play ball and entertain your pooch.
